Asset Creation (Re-creation)/ Rehabilitation

Thompson Wentworth’s Project Services business provides Asset Creation (or re-creation/rehabilitation) services in support of our client’s property acquisition, development and natural disaster repair strategies. This typically involves the development and project management of;

• Relevant authority (Town) planning and district plan advice
• Negotiations with existing landowners including managing Crown agency requirements
• Management of subdivision and unit title plans including creation of easements and issue of titles
• Advice on applications for building and/or resource consents including issues as diverse as roading & traffic schemes and signage permitted under relevant authority plans and schemes
• Coordination of supporting consultants such as architectural and engineering specialists
• Cost and programme management and reporting
• Superintending of contractor works programmes
