Sam Riley

Sam comes to Thompson Wentworth from a background in New Zealand's agribusiness sector. His family owns and operates a farming operation that has both dairy and dry stock operations spanning the Golden Bay and Tasman districts across the top of New Zealand's South Island.  Sam completed the highly regarded, Lincoln University Kellogg leadership course in 2015.

Sam leverages his construction industry background and National Certificate in Carpentry along with his agribusiness and pastoral sector expertise to bring a unique combination of practical and technical expertise to support his key competency in Project Management. It is this area of business where Sam has been focused in recent years, responsible for dairy conversions, new supply infrastructure and dairy operational transitions.

Sam provides Facilities & Project Management services in support of Thompson Wentworth’s Property and Body Corporate Management Clients. This includes facilities management break-fix support, master (long term) maintenance planning advice and programme management. In additon Sam also coordinates earthquake remediation scoping, pricing and project management of EQC and private sector insurance supported repair and remediation projects.
