Asset Divestment

Thompson Wentworth provides divestment (transaction) management services in support of our client’s infrastructure, investment and business accommodation strategies and plans. Typically, this comprises;

• Managing the marketing and promotion, commercial negotiation and documentation associated with the offload of both freehold and leasehold property tenure.
• Capital Recycling initiatives involving restructuring or divestment of non-core business related assets and recycling of freed up capital into debt retirement or alternative core business investment.
