Rob Anderson

Robert Anderson joined Thompson Wentworth in 2003 as Senior Property Manager and has extensive experience in all facets of the property profession including; commercial, industrial & shopping centre management, leasing, and retail consultancy. Rob leads and is a director of Thompson Wentworth’s transaction advisory and management business.

Prior to joining Thompson Wentworth, Robert spent seven years in Melbourne as a Commercial Property Manager for an international property provider before moving to Christchurch where he was responsible for setting up the Asset and Retail Service Departments for Richard Ellis (CBRE).

Robert specialises in freehold and leasehold transaction management where re supports clients in their property acquisition and divestment negotiations and leasehold management transactions such as rent reviews and lease renewals, site sourcing and strategy implementation for Thompson Wentworth’s national and trans-Tasman retail, industrial and commercial clients.

Rob has a has a Degree in Real Estate from RMIT Melbourne and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Member Property Institute of New Zealand.
