Melissa Soal

Melissa joined Thompson Wentworth in June 2015 after spending three years’ with CBRE. Melissa leads Thompson Wentworth’s Property Management business unit where she oversees and manages the delivery of Property Management services to a diverse range of commercial, industrial and retail properties in support of the business’s private and institutional client base.

Melissa has a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management from Lincoln University and has sound experience across the Property Management lifecycle from acquisition and in-term tenure rent reviews and lease renewals, through to project management of earthquake repairs and facilities & asset management. Melissa is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
