Brad Donelley

Brad has 15 years’ experience in corporate and institutional property. He specialises in delivering digital solutions for complex and distributed asset portfolios. Brad is an experienced project manager of large corporate property projects, where his key strengths are in data analytics and the application of data driven outcomes to real estate planning, acquisition and transformations. Brad is based in Sydney and is a director of Thompson Wentworth’s Australian partner company, Spatia Asset Management. Brad consults to a wide range of property owning and managing organisations across Australian and New Zealand.
